We have a lot of experience in London property. We’ve worked in traditional estate agency, where it was clear for a long time that the usual ways of doing things don’t serve most clients very well. For many reasons, estate agency evolved around the idea of a single negotiator who will work on your behalf. That brings a few obvious problems (what happens if he or she isn’t available?) It also attracts a particular personality type, reinforced by commission or reward structures that don’t always serve the best interests of the client. We work collaboratively with our team of negotiators incentivised to deliver the best result for you the client, not them as individuals. You are the team’s client throughout the processes and everyone is on hand to help you.

Members of the key trade bodies.

We are members of the three key trade bodies setting out best practice in estate agency and property management.

As a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents) we are governed by their codes of practice, which sets far higher standards than the bare requirements of the law. The code demands professionally qualified staff, regular training and annual independent financial auditing of all client accounts.

In addition to our high impact and well-located branches, we market our properties on both major UK property portals Rightmove and Zoopla in addition to a host of other web portals.

We have a team of professional photographers who produce stunning images as well as the normal floor plans, virtual tours and brochures you’d expect. However, more than this we believe that exposing our client’s properties to our cleverly curated database of clients, investors and relocation experts from the UK and all over the world is a vital attribute.

Skilled Property Management.

Our Property Management team have decades of experience in the management of residential apartments and private rented sector portfolios. We act for both private residential landlords based in the UK and all over the world in addition to large corporate bodies including sovereign wealth funds, developers and build to rent operators.

Better fees - fairer structures.

We have a different fee structure. We don’t think it’s right to take a percentage of a property’s value, because that often bears no relation to the work required nor do we charge set monthly costs when no work has taken place. Instead you’ll find we have clear fixed fees, and you only pay for the services you need.

Experience and local knowledge.

Our senior team members have decades of experience in dealing with modern new build residential property across Central London. With particular expertise in London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Battersea, Surrey Quays & Canada Water and The City. Our people work across these areas, maintaining a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of each area, at the same time able to understand how market pressures might be working across the different parts of Central London.

This combination of detailed knowledge and broader perspective also informs how we approach development marketing. For property in a specific development we’ll understand and emphasise the context of that development as well as the individual features of the apartment. We’ll track those developments from their earliest stages, so whether we’re selling off plan or from completed construction we can relate a detailed understanding of the offer to optimised promotional work, locally and in the wider marketplace.
