Flat rate sole agency fees 

Letting and Full Management from £1000 + VAT (£1200 inclusive of VAT)

Sales fees from £5000 + VAT (£6000 inclusive of VAT)

** Fee amount will depend upon the value and band of your property, please contact the team for more information. Rent collection is available from £20 + VAT per month (£24 inclusive of VAT).


Standard property sales fees

Multi Agency 3.0% + VAT (3.6% inclusive of VAT)


Standard lettings fees for landlords

Lettings Sole Agency 8% + VAT (9.6% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings Multi Agency 10% + VAT (12% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings & Management Sole Agency 14% + VAT (16.8% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings & Management Multi Agency 16% + VAT (19.2% inclusive of VAT)

Tenancy agreement fee £198 inclusive of VAT

Tenants admin fees

Tenancy administration fee £295.00 + VAT (£354.00 inclusive of VAT)

Tenant referencing fee per applicant £50.00 + VAT (£60.00 inclusive of VAT)

Corporate tenancy fee £395.00 + VAT (£474.00 inclusive of VAT)

** Tenancy administration fee (this includes the administrative costs of contract negotiations, arranging the tenancy and the tenancy agreement). Tenant referencing fee (this includes checking credit status, employment details, current/past landlords, and any other information to help assess the suitability of the tenancy application).
