We are true specialists in the Surrey Quays, Bermondsey, London Bridge, and Canary Wharf marketplace. We understand exactly what’s going on in the local streets of the areas we serve and we have an in-depth knowledge of the buildings and developments that are in our areas. Additionally, we also keep a close eye on what’s happening across the capital and other key variables that can have an effect on your property sale, such as changes in mortgage lender’s policies and government regulations. We seek to understand the trends, and their likely impact on surrounding districts.

Our dedicated Property Management department is relied upon by landlords located all over to world to be there to respond to issues 24/7! From emergency maintenance issues to planned property improvements, our team has decades of experience in the management of residential apartments and private rented sector portfolios.

Our team act for private residential landlords based in the UK and all over the world in addition to large corporate bodies including sovereign wealth funds, developers and build to rent operators.


Standard property sales fees

Sole Agency 2% + VAT (2.4% inclusive of VAT)

Multi Agency 3.0% + VAT (3.6% inclusive of VAT)

Standard lettings fees for landlords

Lettings Sole Agency 8% + VAT (9.6% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings Multi Agency 10% + VAT (12% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings & Management Sole Agency 14% + VAT (16.8% inclusive of VAT)

Lettings & Management Multi Agency 16% + VAT (19.2% inclusive of VAT)

Tenancy set up fee £270 inclusive of VAT

Referencing & Rent Protection

References are £175 + VAT (£210 inc VAT) for the first person with additional references at £65 + VAT (£78 inc VAT).

Rent Protection: One year’s full landlord rental protection* (where possible).

Price: 1 weeks rent + VAT or a minimum of £455 + VAT (£546 inc VAT).

We will also absorb the costs of any failed references. Fully Managed and Rent Collection landlords will have the option to spread the cost of the Rent Protection over the minimum term of the tenancy. Terms and Conditions apply.
