I’m really pleased to announce the purchase of our second London Office.
Large and prominent on the corner of one of the busiest junctions in the SE16 area, the new office will help our sales and letting teams deepen our coverage, not just in this exciting location, but for neighbouring Deptford, Greenwich and Docklands.
Canada Water and Surrey Quays are among the most exciting regeneration areas in London, in easy reach of the central commercial districts, but comfortably residential. Along with the numerous new development projects in the area, British Land have agreed a £2 billion pound regeneration with Southwark council: the 46 acre site promises to deliver thousands of new homes to the area.
We specialise in modern developments, and are always looking for the most exciting and dynamic areas of the capital so it only seems right to open our second office in one of them. It’s this dynamism that makes London such an exciting market to work in and is the reason we have always had a strong presence in Canary Wharf, Battersea, Vauxhall, City Fringe and London Bridge. We will continue to focus on these areas of growth.
