We have a lot of experience in London property. We’ve worked in traditional estate agency, where it was clear that the usual ways of doing things don’t serve most clients very well.
For many reasons, estate agency evolved around the idea of a single negotiator who will work on your behalf. That brings a few obvious problems (what happens if he or she isn’t available?) It also attracts a particular personality type, reinforced by commission or reward structures that don’t always serve the best interests of the client. In contrast we work as a team. That means we can attract and offer a better balance of skills. We have deal-makers alongside analytic thinkers, detail obsessives and relationship-builders. We complement each other’s strengths, so we can respond properly to the different needs of different clients.
We work collaboratively, with smart technology. They’ll always be someone on hand to talk to you, and because insights are freely shared we can spot opportunities early, and match them to the right people. We have a different fee structure. We don’t think it’s right to take a percentage of a property’s value, because that often bears no relation to the work required. Instead you’ll find we have clear fixed fees, and you only pay for the services you need.
It’s not just fairer. It gets better results for everyone.
Where they actually
worked the way you
needed them to?
Where you had a whole
team working for you
Few individuals have all these skills
- so we build teams who do.
Where staff are rewarded
for thinking harder
Looking deeper into our customer's needs.
Sharing ideas with fellow colleagues.
Rewarded for seeking the best deal, not just the quickest.
Where you can always speak to someone who knew what was going on.
Where you're not charged a percentage of the property value (it doesn't relate to anything)
Where there's a simple table of flat fees - you only pay for the services you want.
It's fairer, clearer, and better value.
We're better focused on your interests
With the team skills to match, better informed and fairer in our fees.
