We started to build our business in 2008, united by a common conviction that clients deserved a better service than the normal estate agent set-up could deliver.

We’ve worked in traditional estate agency, where it was clear that most of the usual ways of doing things don’t serve most clients very well.

We have taken what we liked and know works from traditional estate agency, done away with what we feel simply doesn’t work or serves the company above the client and then combined this with best modern practices backed up by the latest technology.

We have a vast experience and expertise in Letting, Managing and Selling properties in some of London’s most exciting areas and new developments. We also have a different fee structure. We don’t think it’s right to take a percentage of a property’s value, because that often bears no relation to the work required. We also don’t think its right to be charged high monthly management fees if there are no issues with your property. Instead you’ll find we have clear fixed fees, and you only pay for the services you need and use. It’s not just fairer. It gets better results for everyone.

Property Management

Our Property Management and Asset Management teams oversee the running of a vast array of assets from single apartments to freehold houses, large private rented buildings and entire mixed use developments. The team pride themselves on speed and accuracy, with the help of the latest property management software we aim to keep occupiers happy with quick turnaround repairs, whilst keeping repair bills to a minimum and rent coming in.

We believe that there are few things more important than being trusted to look after other people’s money. Nowhere is this more valid than in Lettings and running efficient and compliant client accounts. Hundreds of Landlords from the UK and around the world rely on us to collect their rents, process them quickly and efficiently and hold deposits and floats correctly.

Good behaviour

As a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents) we are governed by their codes of practice which sets far higher standards than the bare requirements of the law. The code demands professionally qualified staff, regular training and independent financial auditing.

We are a member of The Property Ombudsman for Lettings (TPO) scheme. Members follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents, and any disputes can be referred to the ombudsman for binding resolution.Similarly we are a member of The Property Ombudsman for Sales scheme, registered with the TPO under the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Approved Estate Agents Redress Scheme.
